Florida Panthers Shot

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the coconut rum and pineapple juice. Shake well. 2. Carefully pour the grenadine into the bottom of a shot glass. 3. Gently layer the coconut rum and pineapple juice mixture over the grenadine by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon. 4. Top with blue curaçao, again using the back of a spoon to layer it gently. 5. Finish with a splash of lemon-lime soda for a bit of fizz and sparkle. Glass: Serve in a standard shot glass.
