Fizzed Whisky Sour

Ingredients: - 2 oz of your favorite Whisky - 1 egg white - 1 oz Sprite - 1 oz mineral water Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Whisky, egg white, Sprite and mineral water. 2. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the egg white is frothy. 3. Add a handful of ice and shake again for another 10 seconds. 4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. 5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of lemon. 6. Sip and enjoy the perfectly balanced fizzed Whisky sour!
