Fire and Ice

This low-alcohol cocktail is the perfect balance of heat and coolness. Made with a refreshing mixture of cucumber and lime, it's then given a kick with a splash of chilli schnapps. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz Chilli Schnapps - 3/4 oz Cucumber Juice - 1/4 oz Lime Juice - 1/2 oz Simple Syrup - Cucumber Slices, for garnish - Chilli Flakes, for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add the chilli schnapps, cucumber juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. 3. Shake well. 4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. 5.
