Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Gin - 0.75 oz Aperol - 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur - 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz Simple syrup - 1 Egg white - A dash of Cherry bitters - A dash of Lemon bitters - Ice cubes - A pinch of Salt (for garnish) - Edible flower or lemon twist (for garnish) Instructions: 1.
