Emerald Elixir

Ingredients: - 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey - 1 oz green chartreuse - 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 4 fresh mint leaves - 2 dashes of orange bitters - Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish Instructions: 1.
