Earl Grey Elixir

This refreshing cocktail is the perfect blend of citrus and floral flavors. To make it, start with a shaker filled with ice and add 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of earl grey simple syrup. To make the earl grey simple syrup, steep 4 earl grey tea bags in a cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then add 1 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool before using.
