Ingredients: - 1.5 oz PINK Malibu Rum - 1 oz fresh watermelon juice - 0.75 oz fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur - 0.5 oz coconut water - 0.5 oz simple syrup (optional, to taste) - Sparkling pink grapefruit soda, to top - Pink cotton candy, for garnish Glass: Large stemmed wine glass Directions: Add PINK Malibu Rum, watermelon juice, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, coconut water, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a large wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling pink grapefruit soda.
