Coco Citrus Gin Fizz

This refreshing cocktail is made with fresh coconut water, sparkling lemon and lime juice, and a generous splash of gin. To make, combine 2 oz of gin, 4 oz of coconut water, and 2 oz of sparkling lemon and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve chilled.
