Chivas Sour

This classic cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The smoothness of Chivas Regal Scotch Whisky is complemented by the tartness of fresh lemon juice and sweetness of simple syrup. The cocktail is finished with a frothy egg white foam which adds a velvety texture to each sip. Ingredients: - 2 oz Chivas Regal Scotch Whisky - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake vigorously. 2. Add ice and shake again until chilled. 3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. 4. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
