Cedar Blossom Fizz

Description: Inspired by the aromatic forests of Lebanon, the Cedar Blossom Fizz blends floral, citrus, and earthy notes for a refreshing and uniquely Middle Eastern twist. It’s a harmony of blooming flavors, soft bubbles, and subtle herbal complexity. Ingredients: - 50 ml gin (preferably infused with za’atar or juniper) - 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice - 15 ml orange blossom honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water, infused with a dash of orange blossom water) - 30 ml white grape juice - 2 dashes aromatic bitters - Top with chilled sparkling water - Garnish: edible flower and sprig of fresh mint Glassware: Serve in a chilled highball glass. Instructions: Shake gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, white grape juice, and bitters with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling water, then garnish with an edible flower and fresh mint for a burst of aroma.
