Caribbean Sunset

This original cocktail with rum is a tropical delight that captures the essence of an island getaway. Ingredients: - 2 oz. rum (preferably light or gold) - 1 oz. pineapple juice - 1 oz. orange juice - 1/2 oz. lime juice - 1/2 oz. simple syrup - 1/2 oz. grenadine - Crushed ice - Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish Directions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. 2. Shake well until chilled and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. 3. Slowly pour grenadine over the top of the drink to create a sunset effect. 4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. 5. Sip and imagine yourself on a Caribbean beach as the sun sets.
