Ingredients: - 50 ml Havana Club 7 rum - 25 ml fresh lime juice - 20 ml Monin cucumber syrup - 60 ml pineapple juice - 5-6 fresh mint leaves (plus a sprig for garnish) - Club soda, to top - Crushed ice Glass: Highball glass Method: 1.
