Caprahana

A tropical twist on the classic caipirinha cocktail, the Caprahana features the sweet and tangy flavors of passion fruit and lime mixed with the bold kick of cachaça. Ingredients: - 2 oz cachaça - 1/2 fresh passion fruit, scooped out - 1/2 lime, cut into wedges - 1 tsp granulated sugar - Ice Directions: 1. Muddle the passion fruit and lime wedges in a shaker or mixing glass until the juices are released. 2. Add cachaça and sugar to the shaker/mixing glass and stir to dissolve the sugar. 3. Fill the shaker/mixing glass with ice and stir well to combine all ingredients. 4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. 5. Garnish with a lime wheel or a slice of fresh passion fruit. Enjoy!
