Description: The Bourbon Island Treasure combines the robust character of bourbon with the exotic flair of tiki. Ingredients: - 2 oz Bourbon - 1 oz Pineapple juice - 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup - 1/2 oz Passion fruit puree - 1/4 oz Falernum - Dash of Angostura bitters - Crushed ice - Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish Type of Glass: Tiki mug Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with crushed ice. 2. Add bourbon, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, passion fruit puree, falernum, and a dash of Angostura bitters. 3. Shake well until chilled. 4. Fill a tiki mug halfway with crushed ice. 5. Strain the mixture into the tiki mug over the ice. 6. Top off with more crushed ice to fill the glass. 7.
