Boozy and Bitter

This drink is the perfect balance of sweet, sour and bitter flavors. Made with a combination of gin, Campari and vermouth, it is definitely not for the faint-hearted. The citrusy notes of the gin are perfectly complemented by the bitter flavor of the Campari, while the dry vermouth cuts through the intensity of the other two ingredients. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz gin - 1 oz Campari - 1 oz dry vermouth - Orange twist for garnish Directions: 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. 2. Add gin, Campari and dry vermouth. 3. Stir for about 20 seconds, or until well chilled. 4. Strain into a chilled glass. 5. Garnish with an orange twist.
