The creative addition of pink sugar and spring water ice cubes introduces a whimsical, visual element that enchants the eye before the first sip. - 1 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin - 1 oz Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth - 0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur - 0.5 oz Grand Marnier Liqueur - Handful of crushed blueberries - Club soda - Prepared pink sugar & spring water ice cubes, shaved - Grapefruit wheel for garnish Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, Grand Marnier, and crushed blueberries. Shake vigorously with ice until the mixture is well chilled and frosted. Strain the mixture over a tumbler containing the pre-prepared pink sugar & spring water ice cubes, shaved. Top with club soda for a fizzy finish. Garnish with a wheel of grapefruit to add a pop of color and a hint of citrus aroma. Serve in a tumbler glass.
