This majestic cocktail features Empress Gin, a unique gin that derives its distinctive blue hue from butterfly pea blossoms. The other ingredients include: - 1.5 oz Empress Gin - 1 oz blueberry syrup - 0.75 oz lemon juice - 0.25 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur - 1 egg white First, dry shake all the ingredients (without ice) in a cocktail shaker to properly emulsify the egg white.
