This refreshing gin cocktail is perfect for a hot summer day. The fruity flavors of blackberries and raspberries are complemented by the botanicals in the gin to create a well-balanced and delicious drink. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz fresh blackberry and raspberry puree - ¾ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice - ½ oz simple syrup - 3-4 fresh raspberries and blackberries for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, blackberry and raspberry puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 2. Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled. 3.
