Bacon Infused Negroni

Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz bacon infused vodka - 1 oz campari - 1 oz sweet vermouth - Orange twist - Cooked bacon for garnish Instructions: 1. To infuse the vodka, cook bacon until crisp and reserve 2 oz of the fat. Combine the fat and vodka in a jar and let sit for at least 6 hours, shaking occasionally. Strain out the bacon fat. 2. In a mixing glass, combine the infused vodka, campari, and sweet vermouth over ice and stir until well chilled. 3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. 4. Garnish with an orange twist and a cooked bacon slice. Enjoy!
