A Miami Vice is a refreshing and tropical drink

Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz rum - 1 oz coconut cream - 2 oz pineapple juice - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz strawberry puree - 1/2 oz simple syrup - Ice - Pineapple slice and strawberry for garnish Instructions: 1. In a blender, add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth. 2. Pour half of the mixture into a glass. 3. Add strawberry puree to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend again until smooth. 4. Pour the strawberry mixture on top of the first layer in the glass. 5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a strawberry. 6. Serve and enjoy your Miami Vice!
