Wonderland

The Wonderland cocktail is a mesmerizing drink that captures the whimsical essence of Alice's adventures. It's a multi-layered beverage that combines the sharpness of gin with the luscious flavors of lemon and elderflower, complemented by the visual allure of Butterfly Pea Tea and a hint of effervescence. The cocktail is made even more magical with a smoke effect using dry ice, inviting you to take a sip and fall into a delightful rabbit hole of flavors. This concoction is garnished with an edible purple caterpillar (a candied or sugar sculpture), adding a whimsical touch that pays homage to the famous caterpillar character. Served in a highball glass, the Wonderland is not just a drink; it's an experience that transcends the ordinary, whisking you away to a world of imagination and wonder.
