This original cocktail is a perfect blend of sweet and bitter flavors with a creamy texture thanks to the egg whites. Ingredients: - 2 oz vodka - 1 oz Aperol - 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice - 1 egg white - 1/2 oz simple syrup - Orange peel for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except for the orange peel. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds. 3.
