THE BORED GIRLFRIEND

A feminine cocktail with “I dressed up for this?” energy. Ingredients 1½ oz vanilla vodka ¾ oz Chambord raspberry liqueur ½ oz elderflower liqueur 1 oz pink grapefruit juice ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz cranberry juice ¼ oz simple syrup 2 oz sparkling rosé or Prosecco Optional: 2 dashes rose or orange bitters Method: Shake all ingredients except the sparkling wine with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass. Top with sparkling rosé or Prosecco. Garnish: Raspberry or strawberry, thin grapefruit twist, and an edible rose petal. Glass: Coupe or large wine glass Flavor: Raspberry, vanilla, floral elderflower, tart grapefruit, cranberry, and sparkling wine. Personality: Feminine and polished on the surface, tart underneath, and considerably stronger than the pink color suggests.
