Sunset Serenade

A tropical escape in a glass, the Sunset Serenade combines the effervescence of 7 Up with the bold flavors of white rum and mango tequila. Finished with a splash of sweet & sour and a dramatic float of grenadine, this cocktail offers a vibrant gradient that captures the colors of a summer sunset. Perfect for sipping poolside or whenever you want to be transported to paradise. Ingredients: - 1 oz white rum - 1 oz mango tequila - 2 oz sweet & sour mix - 3 oz 7 Up - 1/2 oz grenadine Instructions: Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add the rum, mango tequila, and sweet & sour mix. Gently stir. Top with 7 Up and let it settle. Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass—it will sink and create a beautiful layered effect. Garnish with a mango slice and a cherry. Glassware: Serve in a Collins glass.
