Ingredients: - 2 oz coffee cacao rum - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - 3 dashes of chocolate bitters - Garnish: grated nutmeg and chocolate shavings Directions: 1. Add the coffee cacao rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and chocolate bitters to a cocktail shaker. 2. Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds. 3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. 4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. 5. Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate shavings.
