This unique mezcal cocktail is a perfect balance of smoky and refreshing flavors. To create this clarified drink, you'll need: - 2 oz mezcal - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz agave syrup - 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters - 1 oz clarified milk To make the clarified milk, combine 8 oz of milk with 2 oz of fresh lime juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
