This original cocktail features Gin per te Silvio Carta, a premium gin infused with Mediterranean botanicals including juniper, myrtle, and lemon. To create this refreshing sipper, combine 2 oz Gin per te Silvio Carta, 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water), and 3 slices of cucumber in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz of sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of fresh thyme. The result is a balanced and herbaceous cocktail that evokes the lush gardens of the Mediterranean.
