Scallion Cilantro Tequila Cocktail

Ingredients: - 2 ounces of tequila - 1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice - 1/2 ounce of agave nectar - 2 slices of jalapeno pepper - 1/4 cup of chopped scallion - 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro - Salt for rimming the glass Instructions: 1. Rim a glass with salt and set aside. 2. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeno slices, chopped scallion and cilantro until well combined. 3. Add the tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar to the shaker and fill it with ice. 4. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds to combine all ingredients. 5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. 6. Garnish with extra scallion and cilantro leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy!
