Passion Run Punch

This tropical punch is a perfect combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavors that will transport you to a sunny island. To make this cocktail, you will need: - 1 oz Passio liqueur - 2 oz dark rum - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz ginger syrup - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - Pineapple wedge for garnish To make the ginger syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add fresh ginger slices and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and let it cool. To make the cocktail, combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
