Nitrous

A fizzy and refreshing cocktail with a touch of sweetness and tanginess. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - 3 dashes of orange bitters - Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) Directions: 1. Combine gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker. 2. Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 10-15 seconds. 4. Strain the mixture into a glass. 5. Place the nitrous oxide chargers into the nitrous dispenser and screw on the cap. 6. Dispense the laughing gas over the top of the cocktail to create a fizzy effect. 7. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
