Matzo Mule

This Passover-inspired cocktail combines the classic flavors of a Moscow Mule with the traditional ingredients of the holiday. Ingredients: - 2 oz. vodka - 1 oz. fresh lime juice - 1 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, stirred until dissolved) - 1 oz. fresh apple juice - 1 oz. matzo ball mix (prepared according to package instructions) - Ginger beer - Fresh herbs (such as mint or basil) for garnish Directions: 1.
