Honeyed Beedrill Buzz

This cocktail is inspired by the sweet and nutty flavors of the Beedrill pokemon. It's a perfect blend of honey, pecans, and a touch of citrus. Ingredients: - 2 oz honey-infused bourbon - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1 oz pecan orgeat syrup - 1 egg white - Crushed ice - Lemon twist and pecan pieces for garnish To make the pecan orgeat syrup, combine 1 cup pecans, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool and strain out the pecans. To make the cocktail, combine the honey-infused bourbon, fresh lemon juice, pecan orgeat syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
