Description: A celebration of Lebanese and Chinese unity, this cocktail brings together the vibrant flavors of Lebanon and the intricate tastes of China. It’s a delicate balance of sweet, tart, and aromatic notes served in a highball glass. Ingredients: - 1 oz Arak (Lebanese anise-flavored spirit) - 1 oz Baijiu (Chinese clear spirit) - 1 oz Pomegranate juice - 1 oz Lychee juice - 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz Honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) - Splash of soda water - Garnish: Fresh mint leaves and a lychee fruit Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice. 2. Add the Arak, Baijiu, pomegranate juice, lychee juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup. 3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. 4.
