Grilled Pineapple Margarita

This refreshing cocktail is inspired by the tropical flavors of a summer barbecue. The sweet and smoky grilled pineapple pairs perfectly with the tartness of lime and the kick of tequila. Ingredients: - 2 slices of fresh pineapple, grilled - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz lime juice - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1/2 oz agave nectar - Salt for rim (optional) Instructions: 1. Grill two slices of pineapple until slightly charred. 2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grilled pineapple. 3. Add ice and all remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake well. 4. Rim a glass with salt (if desired) and strain the cocktail into the glass. 5. Garnish with a grilled pineapple slice and enjoy!
