Gin Fizz

A classic and refreshing cocktail, perfect for a warm summer day. This drink is made with gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda and egg white for a frothy texture. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1 oz club soda - 1 egg white Instructions: 1. Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. 2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds. 4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. 5. Top with club soda and give it a quick stir. 6. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
