Ingredients: - 1 oz rose syrup - 1 oz orange juice - 1 oz fresh kiwi puree - 3 oz sparkling water - 1 oz lemon juice - 1/4 oz orange blossom water - Edible flower petals for garnish - Ice cubes Glassware: Highball glass Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add the rose syrup and lemon juice. Shake well until thoroughly mixed. 2. Strain the mixture into a highball glass. 3. Carefully pour the orange juice over the back of a spoon into the glass, allowing it to create a distinct layer over the rose syrup. 4. Layer the fresh kiwi puree on top of the orange juice, using the same spoon technique to maintain separation of colors. 5. Add the sparkling water carefully to maintain the layers. 6.
