Cornucopia Cocktail

Ingredients: - 2 oz. corn-infused bourbon* - 1 oz. fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz. agave nectar - 1/4 cup fresh corn kernels - 4 dashes of Angostura bitters - Corn husk, for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh corn kernels. 2. Add the corn-infused bourbon, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. 3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. 4. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice. 5. Add 4 dashes of Angostura bitters on top. 6. Garnish with a corn husk. *To make the corn-infused bourbon, add 1 cup of fresh corn kernels to a bottle of bourbon and let it sit for 3-4 days. Strain the bourbon before using in the cocktail.
