A decadent, dessert-inspired sour that balances banana whiskey, butterscotch, and vanilla vodka with a touch of walnut bitterness and rich texture from egg white. Finished with grated nutmeg for aromatic lift, it’s creamy and layered without overwhelming sweetness. Ingredients: - 1 oz banana whiskey - 0.75 oz Buttershots (butterscotch liqueur) - 0.5 oz vanilla vodka - 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice - 0.33 oz orgeat (almond syrup) - 1 egg white - 2 dashes walnut bitters - Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg Preparation: 1. Add all ingredients except garnish to a shaker without ice. Dry shake (vigorously shake without ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled (about 10–12 seconds). 3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. 4. Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg across the foam.
