Beeswax

This cocktail is inspired by the sweet smell of beeswax candles. It's a perfect blend of sweet, tart, and smooth flavors. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz honey syrup - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1 egg white - 1 drop vanilla extract - 1 dash lavender bitters - Edible gold flakes (for garnish) Instructions: 1. In a shaker, add gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, egg white, vanilla extract, and lavender bitters. 2. Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds to froth the egg white. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds. 4. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. 5. Garnish with edible gold flakes on top.
