Description: A refreshing and visually stunning cocktail, the Azure Orchard Fizz combines crisp vodka, tart green apple, aromatic basil, and the effervescence of tonic water. Its blue hue and orchard-fresh fruitiness make it perfect for summer evenings or any time you want something bright and unexpected. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz premium vodka - 0.5 oz blue curaçao - 0.75 oz green apple liqueur - 0.5 oz fresh lime juice - 2-3 fresh basil leaves - 3 oz chilled tonic water - Green apple slice & basil sprig, for garnish - Optional: a few dashes of celery bitters Glassware: Serve in a highball glass. Instructions: 1. In a shaker, gently muddle basil leaves with lime juice to release their aroma. 2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, green apple liqueur, and (optional) bitters to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake briskly. 3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. 4. Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to combine. 5.
