This refreshing gin cocktail is inspired by the 2020 election and features fresh cucumber and mint for a clean and crisp taste. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 4-5 slices of fresh cucumber - 6-8 fresh mint leaves - Club soda Instructions: 1.
