Ingredients

1.5 oz vanilla-infused white rum

0.75 oz Aperol

1 oz pineapple juice

0.5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz passion fruit syrup

as needed ice cubes

for garnish edible orchid

twist for garnish orange peel

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add 1.5 oz of vanilla-infused white rum and 0.75 oz of Aperol to the shaker.

3. Pour in 1 oz of freshly squeezed pineapple juice and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.

4. Add 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup for a hint of sweetness.

5. Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.

6. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

7. Garnish with an edible orchid and a twist of orange peel to enhance the tropical ambiance.
