Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur

0.75 oz Lavender syrup

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

2 oz Dry sparkling wine

As needed Ice

For garnish Sprig of fresh rosemary

For garnish Lemon twist

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 0.75 oz of lavender syrup to the shaker.

3. Squeeze in 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

4. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

6. Top with 2 oz of dry sparkling wine.

7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a lemon twist.
