Ingredients

1.5 oz Pomegranate juice

1 oz Raspberry vodka

0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz Lemon juice

0.25 oz Black currant liqueur

As needed Ice

1 twist Gold leaf lemon peel

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and set aside.

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz Pomegranate juice, 1 oz Raspberry vodka, 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz Lemon juice.

3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

4. Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.

5. Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

6. Slowly pour 0.25 oz Black currant liqueur over the back of a spoon to create a floating layer at the top of the drink.

7. Garnish with a twist of gold-leaf-adorned lemon peel on the rim.
