Ingredients

2 oz Elderflower liqueur

1 oz Gin

1 oz Midori melon liqueur

3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 oz Sparkling apple cider

For rimming Honey

For rimming Gold edible glitter

For garnish Fresh rosemary sprig

For garnish Thin slice of lime

Instructions

1. 1. Rim a chilled coupe glass with honey and dip into gold edible glitter for decoration.

2. 2. In a shaker, add 2 oz of elderflower liqueur, 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of midori melon liqueur, and 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.

3. 3. Add ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold and frosty.

4. 4. Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.

5. 5. Top with 1/2 oz of sparkling apple cider to add a touch of rustic charm and bubbles.

6. 6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a thin slice of lime, arranging them to float atop the drink. The rosemary symbolizes love and remembrance.
