Ingredients

2 oz Infused Bourbon (lavender)

1/2 oz Violet liqueur

1/2 oz Lavender honey syrup

2 dashes Cherry bitters

1 twist Lemon peel

1 Edible flower

1 drop Cherry juice

Instructions

1. Begin by chilling the Old Fashioned glass with ice water and set aside.

2. In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of infused bourbon, 1/2 oz violet liqueur, 1/2 oz lavender honey syrup, and 2 dashes of cherry bitters.

3. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well until the mixture is chilled.

4. Discard the ice water from the Old Fashioned glass and strain the cocktail into the glass with a large ice cube.

5. Express the oils of the lemon peel over the top of the cocktail, then garnish with lemon peel and an edible flower.

6. Add a drop of cherry juice to the top, allowing it to form a red-ish hue for a colorful touch.

7. Serve immediately to maintain the aroma and visual appeal.
