Ingredients

1.5 oz Bourbon

0.5 oz Aperol

0.5 oz Creme de Peach Liqueur

1 dash Orange Bitters

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup

1 for garnish Orange Peel Twist

1 for garnish Fresh Peach Slice

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

2. Fill a shaker with ice.

3. Add 1.5 oz of bourbon to the shaker.

4. Add 0.5 oz of Aperol to the shaker.

5. Add 0.5 oz of creme de peach liqueur.

6. Add one dash of orange bitters.

7. Add 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

8. Add 0.5 oz of rich simple syrup.

9. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

10. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

11. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a fresh peach slice on the rim.
