Ingredients

2 oz Moscato wine

1 oz elderflower liqueur

1 oz lemon juice

1 tablespoon blueberry-strawberry puree

2 oz sparkling soda water

1 garnish mint sprig

a few for garnish blueberries

a few for garnish strawberries

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add 2 oz of Moscato wine.

3. Add 1 oz of elderflower liqueur.

4. Add 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice.

5. Add 1 tablespoon blueberry-strawberry puree.

6. Shake well until chilled.

7. Strain into a champagne flute.

8. Top with 2 oz of sparkling soda water.

9. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a skewer of blueberries and strawberries.
