Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 oz Blue curaçao

0.75 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice

0.5 oz Grey tea syrup (Earl Grey infused simple syrup)

2 oz Club soda

1 Lemon twist

1 Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, and grey tea syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.

5. Top up with club soda and gently stir.

6. Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprig of fresh mint.
