Ingredients

1.5 oz London Dry Gin

0.5 oz Dry Vermouth

0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur

0.75 oz Fresh grapefruit juice

0.5 oz Honey syrup (2:1)

2 dashes Orange bitters

pinch, for garnish Edible gold dust

1, for garnish Grapefruit twist

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.

2. Add all liquid ingredients (gin, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3. Shake well for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

4. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.

5. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit twist placed elegantly on the rim and a sprinkle of edible gold dust for celebration.
